TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you are agreeing with the terms listed below.

  • To apply for a commission please check "How to order" and follow the instructions there.​
     

  • I do not have a set deadline for any commissions. To be fully transparent and honest, my mental health and time plays a big factor in how fast I complete a commission. But I will do my best to keep you updated on your commission's progress!
     

  • I ask for payment upfront, payment is through Paypal and in USD/EUROS only. Please don't send me anything extra unless it's a tip. Tips aren't refundable
     

  • I reserve the rights to decline or cancel your order at anytime. If you sent payment you will be refunded.
     

  • Please consider my style before commissioning me, I will only accept what I find works best with it. I cannot recreate another artist's style.
     

  • At this time I'm not offering male commissions, I'm sorry.
     

  • Commissioned art is for personal use only, you cannot make/sell merchandise, edit, reproduce, or claim it as your own.
     

  • You need commercial rights to create merchandise with my art.
     

  • I do not ask for commercial rights from emotes, unless you want to make merch with it!
